Dodge Ball
You will need a ball and a few friends. Get your friends to stand back from the trampoline and try to hit you below the waist with the ball whilst you try to dodge the ball. This game can be played at your own intensity by increasing or decreasing the amount of throwers or reducing or increasing the proximity from the throwers to the dodger. Note: The safety net can not be used in this game.

Copy Cat
Take turns doing tricks on the trampoline. Each time someone adds a new trick you have to perform the previous tricks in the correct sequence before adding a trick of your own. If someone forgets to perform a trick in the correct sequence they are out.

Trampoline Hot Spot
Perform as many stunts on the trampoline as you can without touching the green and red circles. When a circle is contacted, you’re turn is over. See who can get the record!

Trampoline Twister
Have one person on the trampoline and a friend or family member on the outside. Have the friend/ family member call out instructions, such as “left hand green”, or “right foot red” etc. Upon each call, the jumper must follow the instructions in the quickest amount of time.

Jump and Commando Roll
You can start this mission from any dot on the trampoline. Jump on a dot and land on the dot with your bottom. After bouncing once on your bottom and making sure to land on the dot, proceed by lying down and rolling to the next dot. You can roll in any order from one dot to another however you must touch all dots to complete the mission. See who can complete this mission in the fastest time.

Bombs Away
See who can do the most trampoline bottom bounces in a row.

Ring a Ring a Rosy
Sing “Ring a ring a rosy, a pocketful of posies, a tissue, a tissue, we all fall down” and get someone to call out how you should land for example on your bottom, on your knees, flat, on one leg etc.

Skippy
See who can hop the most times like a kangaroo from one dot to another without touching the rest of the mat.

Twirlly whirly
See who can jump and spin around in the air and land on a single dot the most times.

One legged Pirate
See who can jump the most times from one dot to another only using the one foot and without touching the rest of the mat.
