Warranty Information
  At Trampolines Australia we assure you our products exceed Australian standards in quality and safety. Our trampolines comply with the GS/TUV European and Australian safety standard, an internationally recognised benchmark in manufacturing excellence.

Guaranteed Product
At Trampolines Australia all of our products not only exceed the specific Australian standards; we exceed the more widely recognized GS/TUV European safety standard which is the internationally recognized benchmark in manufacturing excellence. As our stock is designed and built for the outdoors with full UV protection through our select choice of manufacturing materials incorporated into our design process, we will happily help our customers with any issues that may arise with their product.

Spare Parts Division
Included with every one of our products is our comprehensive 12 month warranty on every part backed by our spare parts division that carries every part in stock for the fastest possible processing of returns and deliveries. Some companies offer different periods of warranty on their different parts and other companies simply come and go so to provide the best long term solution for the future of our customers trampolines, we proudly offer all of our spares that may be required in the future to all of our existing customers at half price. This means that our customers can be sure that their trampolines will last the longest possible time in their yard with the highest peace of mind.

The most common process will include the customer receiving a warranty pack in the mail outlining the next steps that need to be taken in order to swiftly and effectively correct the claim for warranty. At that stage, the defective part will be returned to our warranty department in Brisbane and a brand new, replacement product will be dispatched immediately. 


Warranty Process
For any of our valued customers who believe they have an issue with their product that would be taken into consideration for warranty throughout the life of the warranty period, we simply ask to be contacted for further correspondence for the fastest resolution to the issue. All warranty inquiries are directed via email to warranty@trampolinesaustralia.com.au including contact details, date of original trampoline purchase and photos of the relevant damage. This allows our highly trained staff to assess the damage and decide on the best course of action to amend the issue for our customer. After the receival of photographs and approval under warranty, our customers then receive a warranty pack in the mail outlining the most appropriate and efficient methods that need to be taken in order to have the damaged part returned to our depot for further analysis. Once returned to our facility in Brisbane, a brand new replacement for the part is then dispatched immediately with the same fast and guaranteed delivery service used for our new trampoline orders.
