Warranty Policy

As a service to our customers, we include a 12 month comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects.

We request that any customers who are experiencing difficulty with a component to contact a member of our friendly staff in order to get the fastest resolution to the problem. All warranty requests will be promptly dealt with by contacting warranty@vulytrampolines.com.

To help us to better serve you, please include your contact details, the date of original trampoline purchase, and photos of the relevant damage. This allows our highly trained staff to assess the damage and decide on how we can best amend the issue. After this information is received and warranty approval is granted, our customers receive a warranty pack in the mail that states the most efficient method that they can use to ship the damaged component to our warehouse for further analysis. Once the damaged part is returned, a brand new replacement will be immediately dispatched to your door. For any further information on this policy, please contact one of our friendly team members.

Spare Parts

Our comprehensive 12 month warranty ensures that spare parts will be expressly shipped to your door. In most cases, the customer requesting spare parts will receive a warranty pack in the mail that outlines the next steps that need to be taken to efficiently correct the claim.

The defective part will then be returned to our warranty department and a replacement will be quickly shipped back to you. We carry all spare parts in stock, ensuring a hassle-free replacement process for you. If the warranty period has expired, we offer spare parts for all of our past and current models at half of the retail price. This gesture of gratitude ensures that our existing customers can affordably enjoy their Vuly trampolines for many more years to come.
